1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service („Terms“) constitute a legally binding agreement between you („Customer“) and Nestro Hosting („Nestro“, „we“, „us“), governing your access to and use of our hosting services, website, and client portal.
By registering an account, placing an order, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Our Services
Nestro provides the following hosting and related services with primary infrastructure based in the European Union:
- Game Server Hosting — Dedicated game servers for Minecraft, CS2, Rust, ARK and more
- Web Hosting — Shared hosting with cPanel, SSD storage and free SSL
- Domain Registration — Registration and management across 500+ TLDs
- VPS Hosting — KVM-based Virtual Private Servers with full root access

- Keep your account password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Not share your account credentials with any third party
- Not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use Nestro’s services only for lawful purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Hosting, distributing, or transmitting illegal content of any kind
- Launching DDoS attacks, port scanning, or any form of network abuse
- Sending unsolicited emails (spam) or bulk messaging
- Mining cryptocurrency without prior written consent from Nestro
- Hosting malware, viruses, phishing pages, or hacking tools
- Violating intellectual property rights of any third party
- Reselling services without explicit written permission from Nestro
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Nestro’s infrastructure
7. Service Availability & SLA
Service Credits
- 99.0% – 99.9% uptime — 5% service credit
- 95.0% – 98.9% uptime — 10% service credit
- Below 95.0% uptime — 25% service credit
Service credits must be requested within 30 days of the incident and are applied as account credit, not cash refunds.

- Violation of these Terms or Acceptable Use Policy
- Non-payment of invoices after the grace period
- Fraudulent activity or chargebacks
- Actions that harm Nestro’s infrastructure or other customers
- Legal obligation or court order

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law Nestro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nestro’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms
Nestro reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:
- Sending an email to your registered email address
- Posting a notice in your client portal dashboard
- Updating the „Last updated“ date at the top of this page
Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
